IEXS (Integrated Exchange Securities) presents itself as a multi-asset broker with direct market access, MetaTrader 4 and 5, and offices in cities such as London, Sydney and Singapore. Look past the marketing, though, and the company that actually runs iexs.com and signs the client agreement is IEXS LLC, a limited liability company registered in St Vincent and the Grenadines. It names no financial regulator and no licence number for its retail service. Our verdict: the trading conditions are competitive on paper, but this is an offshore, effectively unregulated broker, and information about its affiliated licensed entities is thin and partly contradictory.

Regulation and safety

The footer of iexs.com, its About page and its customer agreement all point to the same entity: IEXS LLC at Euro House, Richmond Hill Road, Kingstown, St Vincent and the Grenadines, registration number 282 LLC 2020. The customer agreement says the company is governed by St Vincent law but gives no licence from a securities or forex supervisor. A company registration in St Vincent is not a broker licence, so there is no regulator checking capital, client-money rules or conduct for your account, and no compensation scheme if the firm fails.

Several third-party broker databases link IEXS to other companies: a UK firm called Vision Integrated Exchange Ltd (FCA reference 923324, described as serving professional clients only), an Australian authorised-representative arrangement and an AFSL in the name of IEXS Markets Pty Ltd, and a Bahamas entity called IEXS Global Ltd. We could not confirm any of these on the regulators’ own registers, and none of them is named on iexs.com as the provider of retail accounts. The same sources say ASIC added the iexs.com website to its investor alert list in August 2025. We could not verify that entry directly, so check ASIC’s Moneysmart investor alert list yourself before you deposit.

On the positive side, IEXS states that client funds sit with Tier 1 banks and that negative balance protection applies after a stop-out. The customer agreement lets the company claim a negative balance where it judges conduct to be abusive, and it can change leverage without notice. Without a regulator, these promises are only as good as the company’s word.

Fees and spreads

Account Spreads from Commission Max leverage Min deposit
Standard 1 pip Not stated (spread-based) 1:2000 $30 / $0
Cent (USC) 1 pip Not stated (spread-based) 1:2000 $30 / $0
DMA 0.1 pips Per instrument, shown in platform 1:1000 $30 / $0

All three accounts share a 0.01 to 100 lot trade size range, a 100% margin call and a 50% stop-out level. The DMA account aggregates prices from liquidity providers and shows depth of market, which is unusual at this price point. The catch is that IEXS does not publish its DMA commission on the website; it says the charge is shown per instrument inside the platform before you confirm an order. Compare the all-in cost (spread plus commission) on a demo before trading live. Overnight swaps apply on leveraged positions.

Accounts and markets

IEXS keeps its line-up simple: Standard for spread-only pricing, Cent for small-size trading in US cents, and DMA for raw pricing. The website now says the funding gate has been removed and that accounts can be opened from zero, while the comparison table still shows $30. Products include more than 63 currency pairs, global stock indices, single-stock CFDs and ETFs, gold, silver, Brent and WTI crude, and crypto CFDs on Bitcoin, Ether and other large coins. A $100,000 virtual demo is available, and an X-PAMM service lets money managers allocate trades across investor accounts.

Platforms and tools

Every account works on MetaTrader 4 and MetaTrader 5, with a single login across desktop, mobile and WebTrader. That gives algorithmic traders access to Expert Advisors and the MT5 strategy tester. IEXS also lists its own app for deposits, withdrawals and verification, but the site navigation still labels it “coming soon”, so do not count on it yet. Support is offered 24/5 in many languages through the client portal and live chat.

Deposits and withdrawals

The website does not list current payment methods, fees or timings on its public pages. The customer agreement (2024 version) mentions bank wire, cards, Skrill, Neteller and FasaPay, says withdrawals are processed within three business days after approval and requires card deposits to be refunded to the same card first. Third-party payments are not accepted, and accounts can be blocked if verification documents are not provided within 30 days.

Who IEXS suits

  • Suits: experienced MT4/MT5 traders who want DMA-style pricing and fully understand that they are dealing with an unregulated offshore firm.
  • Avoid if: you want a regulator to stand behind your account, you are new to leveraged trading, or you live in a restricted country or in Australia, where an investor alert has been reported.

Final verdict

IEXS offers MetaTrader 4 and 5, a raw-pricing DMA account and very low entry costs, but the retail business runs through an offshore company with no financial licence. The licensed affiliates mentioned elsewhere could not be confirmed and are not the entity you sign with. We would only consider it with money you can afford to lose, and only after checking the ASIC alert list. CFDs and leverage up to 1:2000 carry a high risk of rapid loss.
