JustMarkets runs two very different operations under one brand: a CySEC-regulated investment firm in Cyprus for EU residents, and a global business run through a company registered in Seychelles. The EU offer is simple and fairly priced, with a commission-free Pro account and a Raw Spread account from 0.0 pips. Our verdict: for EU traders it is a reasonable regulated option. Everyone else is dealing with an offshore broker and gets far less protection.
Scope note: the global site, justmarkets.com, could not be loaded for this review. The figures below come from the EU site and from public registers, and we flag where the global offer may differ.

Regulation and safety
The footer of the JustMarkets EU site identifies JustMarkets Ltd as a Cyprus Investment Firm, registration number HE 361312. It is authorised and regulated by the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission under licence 401/21 and is a member of the Investor Compensation Fund. Under CySEC rules, retail clients are limited to 1:30 leverage on major pairs and receive EU conduct protections. The ICF can compensate eligible clients if the firm fails. The EU company says it provides order reception, transmission and execution in CFDs, portfolio management and investment advice. It does not serve the USA, France, Belgium or non-EU residents, and notes that official emails come only from @justmarkets.eu addresses.
Outside the EU, the brand operates through Just Global Markets Ltd. The Legal Entity Identifier record shows it as an active company limited by shares, registered with the Seychelles Business Registry, created in November 2019, with an address in Victoria, Mahé. Seychelles is an offshore jurisdiction. Third-party review sites report that the Seychelles company holds a Seychelles FSA licence and that the group has further licences in South Africa and Mauritius. We could not confirm any of these licence numbers on the regulators’ registers or on the global site during this review. Global clients should check the licence number in their client agreement and verify it with the regulator. They should also assume they will not have EU-style leverage limits or compensation cover.
The CySEC register itself could not be opened during this check, so the EU licence details come from the firm’s regulated EU website.
Fees and accounts (EU)
The EU entity keeps things simple with two live accounts:
| Pro | Raw Spread | |
|---|---|---|
| Minimum deposit | €100 | €100 |
| Spread | From 0.1 pips | From 0.0 pips |
| Commission | None | 3 units of base currency per lot per side |
| Retail leverage | 1:30 | 1:30 |
For a EUR/USD trade, 3 units of the base currency per lot per side means €3 when opening and €3 when closing one standard lot, or €6 round turn, on top of the raw spread. Traders who place many short-term trades will usually find Raw Spread cheaper. Occasional traders may prefer the simpler all-in pricing of Pro. Check the typical spread for your instruments, not just the “from” figure.
Swap-free trading is optional. EU clients can apply to convert an account in the Client Area, but an order handling fee and other terms apply, so it is not free of cost.
The global offer
JustMarkets’ global brand is marketed with more account types, lower entry deposits and much higher leverage than the EU entity can offer. Because we could not open the global site for this review, we have not listed those conditions here. If you are not an EU resident, compare the global account specifications on the official site, and keep in mind that high leverage under an offshore licence magnifies both gains and losses.
Platforms
The EU account page we reviewed did not list the trading platforms, but independent reviews updated in October 2026 confirm that JustMarkets offers MetaTrader 4 and MetaTrader 5 on desktop, web and mobile, plus its own JustMarkets mobile app. Check which platforms your entity supports in the Client Area before you fund an account.
Deposits and withdrawals
Payment options depend heavily on the entity. Independent reviews list cards, Skrill, Neteller and bank wire for EU clients of the CySEC company, while the Seychelles entity adds more than 15 options, including Perfect Money, FasaPay, SticPay, cryptocurrencies, local bank transfers and regional methods such as Boleto, Pix and mobile money. JustMarkets does not list its own deposit or withdrawal fees, though payment providers may charge. Check in the Client Area which methods are available in your country, along with processing times. Note that JustMarkets Ltd says it never phones clients to request deposits. Treat any such call as a likely impersonation attempt.
Who JustMarkets suits, and who should avoid it
Suits: EU residents, excluding France and Belgium, who want a CySEC-regulated broker with low entry costs and a choice between commission-free and raw-spread pricing.
Be cautious if: you are outside the EU and would be onboarded by the Seychelles company. You would be trading under an offshore licence, often with very high leverage, and without EU investor-compensation cover.
Final verdict
JustMarkets’ EU arm offers clear, competitive pricing under CySEC supervision, which is a solid basis for European retail traders. The global business is a different proposition: it is run from Seychelles, and we could not confirm its licence details. Before opening an account, check which entity you are contracting with, verify its licence, and use leverage you fully understand. CFDs are complex instruments, and most retail traders lose money with them.
